The ceremony – which is viewed as a successful model of public-private partnerships – saw the distribution of some of the major certificates awarded by SOCPA (the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants), including: SOCPA Fellowship, VAT Specialist, and Accounting Technician. At the ceremony, SOCPA expressed deep appreciation to Eng.
